Items purchased at discounted prices, are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, or a store credit within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges and store credits may be used on our K-Carroll website. Return packages must be postmarked within the above timeframes from your original purchase. Please note that we do not cover return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a COD return. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed. If there is an issue with the product, a full refund including original shipping charges will be issued. If the item ordered is not longer needed, original shipping charges will not be returned. All tags, including the price tag, must be fully attached to returned items. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
