Please note that we do not cover return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a COD return. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed. If there is an issue with the product, a full refund including original shipping charges will be issued.
